Booking Terms
These terms apply to all paintball and Archery Tag bookings at Arenaharbor Game Park.
1. Service provider
Urbanfix Oy (Business ID 3606816-2), hereinafter "Arenaharbor". Contact: varaukset@arenaharbor.fi, +358 40 160 8684.
2. Booking and confirmation
Bookings can be made via the online form, by email or by phone. A booking is binding once Arenaharbor has sent a written confirmation by email. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details and player count provided.
3. Prices and payment
Current prices are listed on the pricing page and include VAT. Payment is made in advance by invoice, online payment, or by card on site unless otherwise agreed. Business customers may pay by invoice with 14 days net.
4. Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation or reschedule at least 48 h before the game: free of charge.
- Cancellation 24–48 h before the game: 50 % of the booking is charged.
- Cancellation less than 24 h before, or no-show: full booking price is charged.
- Changes to player count must be notified at least 48 h before the game.
- Bookings paid with a gift card are refunded back to the gift card balance.
5. Force majeure
Arenaharbor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a game due to weather, official restrictions or other force majeure. In such cases the customer is offered a new time or a full refund. Other costs are not reimbursed.
6. Safety and rules
Players must follow staff instructions and the safety rules of the game area (masks mandatory on the field, age limit 10 years for paintball). Playing under the influence is prohibited and results in removal from the field without compensation.
7. Liability for damages
The customer is liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence to equipment or the game area. Arenaharbor is not liable for paint splatter or normal wear on the player's own clothing or equipment.
8. Personal data
Personal data collected for the booking is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. Disputes
Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. A consumer may refer the dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Otherwise disputes are settled by the Helsinki District Court under Finnish law.
